Research Interests

To understand the cellular and molecular mechanisms of reproductive toxicity induced by nickel through mediating energy metabolism, the mechanisms of mitochondrial DNA damage in spermatogonial cells of mice which relies on the decrease of mtDNA copy number and mtDNA deletions, and the regulatory mechanisms of ROS and MAPK in modulating testosterone secretion of Leydig cells following exposure to nickel.
